Chengyu hydraulic breaker internal &outernal bushing are adopted high quality material of SCR440(40cr) and 20crmoti to produce. Its raw materail are through forged, machined and then go with the strictly heat treatment, the hardnesscan meet 45-48HRC of thhe material SCR440 and 58-62HRC of the material 20crmoti after the heat treatment. To assure its more accuracy ration and wear resistance, the internal&outernal bushings are machined by the external grinding.
